2.3 Explicit or Harmful Content
- Pornographic, sexually explicit, or obscene material.

2.4 Copyrighted & Intellectual Property Violations
- Sharing copyrighted materials without authorization.

- Creating fake accounts to deceive users or spread misinformation.

3. Prohibited Activities

3.2 Spam & Misuse of Platform Services
- Send unsolicited messages, advertisements, or mass marketing campaigns.
- Manipulate algorithms or artificially inflate engagement metrics.
- Create multiple accounts to bypass bans or violate policies.
3.3 AI & Automated Bots
- Misuse AI-generated content to spread misinformation or harmful content.
- Deploy automated bots to spam, scrape, or manipulate the platform.
- Exploit AI tools to generate deepfakes or impersonate individuals.
4. Enforcement & Consequences
NexorNet reserves the right to:
- Remove violating content immediately upon discovery.
- Issue warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans for repeated violations.
- Contact law enforcement authorities in cases of severe or criminal activity.
- Restrict access to certain platform features for users violating policies.
- Monitor and investigate suspicious activities through automated and manual reviews.
Users will be notified via email or platform alerts regarding policy violations and enforcement actions. Appeals may be submitted to legal@nexornet.com within 14 days of enforcement action.
5. Reporting Violations
Users are encouraged to report violations through:
- The report feature on posts, comments, or user profiles.
- Direct email to legal@nexornet.com with supporting evidence.
- Anonymous reporting tools for sensitive cases, such as harassment or illegal content.
All reports are reviewed by our moderation team, and necessary actions will be taken based on the severity and evidence provided.
6. Compliance & Legal Considerations
NexorNet complies with global legal standards, including:
- GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) for data protection and user privacy.
- CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act) for user rights and transparency.
